Aztec pizza oven – Home project…
Although I had completed the main base and assembly of the pizza oven last summer to the stage where I could start to use it, at long last I have now completed all the final bits. Also, the oven itself has just had its finishing plaster coating (hence the clean “no soot-not used” look about the front!).
I thought that perhaps you may be interested in how it all turned out so have attached a couple of photos for your collection.
We are very happy with the oven and quite amazed how hot it can get and how it holds the heat.
However, I am still learning the tricks in respect to making pizzas, baking bread and every other type of cooking you can do in the oven so this summer will be an interesting one I am sure.
